In the stadium La Plata in Argentina, there is a sign "Los Teques". What does it signify?

There is also a fairly large city in Venezuela named Los Teques. The Wikipedia says it's named after a local Indian tribe, the Aractoeques Carabs.

I found "los Teques" to a pueblo in Argentina, could the sign be showing the direction to " los Teques"?
