Flight delay caused by....what?!?!

Question

Yesterday, a flight taking off from New York City's JFK Airport was delayed because of weather? No. Was it a security breech or runway traffic? No to all of the above. What caused the delay?

This caused international news , which was wonderful to think that there is

humanity aplenty . I have seen it at Melbourne airport for a family of Ducks

taking a pleasant walk .

I mean the only way is up in terms of speed You can't get much slower can you! That is, apart from slugs, snails and sloths.
