how do you guys say " i am there where you are" is that " estoy allì donde estás " ???

Very close.

I would say, "Estoy allí/aquí. ¿Dónde estás?"

"I'm there" sounds kind of wrong in English...I think "I'm here" sounds a little better. So, if you decide to stay with 'there', use allí. If you change it to 'here", aquí.

I am not exactly sure what you are trying to say:

Do you mean:

1 ''I am here Where are you?''

= ''Estoy aquí. ¿Dónde estás?''

or ...

2 I am here where you are (ie: in the same place where you are) ?

= Estoy aquí en el mismo lugar que estás The verb 'estar' is always used for/to indicate location in Spanish.

On the other hand, are you referring not to a physical location but saying that you empathize with what the person is going through, and like QFreed says you are ''On the same page'' ?

If you are trying to speak figuratively or poetically, be careful. Even though it's not exactly the same, I think you should read this previous post: Yo soy de donde

The point being, if I am physically there with you, I would use estoy, but if, in the context of this previous post, yo soy (I become whatever/I am where ever you want me to be)

A little more context would be helpful. Are you referring to a physical location or are you trying to say that your are at the same level as the other person or in the same situation? ... On the same page.

Estoy aquí contigo. = I am here with you.

Mi corazón seguirá el tuyo adondequiera que vaya. = My heart will follow yours wherever it goes.
