How do you ask someone, "What's wrong?"
If a person is yelling and you can't understand them, how do you say, "What's wrong?"

You could say:
''¿Qué hay?'' = ''What's the matter?''
(I think this idiom/expression is used more in the north than the south of Spain)
''¿Cuál es el problema?'' = ''What is the problem?''
''¿'Qué pasa?'' = ''What's wrong? / ''What's the matter?''
You could even say:'' Lo siento si te he molestado'' = ''I'm sorry if I have upset you''
There maybe even better ways of expressing this so I would encourage you to wait for some native or advanced speakers to post responses.

¿Qué te pica? = What's bothering you?
¿Qué te molesta? = What is bothering you?
¿Qué tienes en mente? = What is on your mind?
¿Cómo te sientes? = How do you feel?
Algo está volviéndote loco/ sacándote de quicio. ¿Qué es? = Something is driving you crazy. What is it?
¿Por qué tienes malas pulgas hoy? = Why are you so irritated/ cranky today?
I have a lot more if you want me to add some. ![]()
