Angel is a masculine noun the diminutive is angelito.

Angela and Angelo are more common than "Ángel" (at least in my country).
I do not know if it is only me, but I have never seen this name written as "Anjela" , it would be the misspelled version of "Angela", but well ... There are many ways to write names, haha, so, from my point of view there is not a rule to write them.

"Hello how are you angel" is as close as I can manage. everytime I search for "anjela" I find "ángel¨" so that would appear to be the intent.
Angel, angelita would also seem to work. Lets see if our native speakers have a better answer.
