"Could I have the papers for a second?" - Podría tener los papeles por uno momento?

"Could I have the papers for a second?" - Podría tener los papeles por uno momento?

A couple random phrases that I always think sound really weird in Spanish. Could someone tell me if they don't, in fact, sound weird in Spanish and also, if they do, what a better way to say it would be? Specifically using the construction of "could I have/get ____", unless the very construction of "Podría ____" sounds weird.

"Could I have the papers for a second?" - Podría tener los papeles por uno momento? "Could I get your address?" - "Podría tener su dirección?" "Could I use the computer for a while?" - "Podría usar la computadora por un rato?" etc.

Another random thought I had that sounds weird to me when I try to say it in Spanish: "No lo necesito de vuelta" - I don't need it back. Is this right...?

"Could I have the papers for a second?" - Podría darme, prestarme los papeles un momento? (unless you mean newspaper)

"Could I get your address?" - "Podría darme su dirección?"

"Could I use the computer for a while?" - "Podría usar la computadora por un rato?" etc.

"No lo necesito de vuelta" - I don't need it back. Is this right...?noooooooooooo

IN Spanish this is: No me lo tiene que devolver, no es necesario que me lo devuelva.
