Does fuera also mean will be?

The word fuera confuses me a little, what would it mean in this sentence? "tu eres la unica mujer con que yo fuera feliz".

The imperfect subjunctive is often translated as the conditional tense in English so I would go with would be. The Present Subjunctive would be mostly used for will be.

Interesting, however, I thought that after a preposition you would use quien not que to modify the noun (mujer).

la mujer que...

la mujer con quien.....???

Tú eres la única mujer con que yo fuera feliz". (We appreciate proper spelling).

(and ignore our dictionary it often omits needed accent marks) [it shows it pronounced correctly]

Yes, qfreed is right. And still the sentence doesn't sound good for me. I'd have said "Tú eres la única mujer con quien yo sería feliz.", but your questions allways make me get confused with my own language
