The word "conditioner".
What does it mean the word "conditioner"?.
I have seen it in a plastic bottle in a hotel and I was wondering if this is what we can use for the hair or it can be another thing.
Thanks.

If it was in the shower, it was probably for the hair. Advertisers will often put the word conditioner on any beauty or health care product that is designed to (in the words of their advertisers) strengthen, fortify, rebuild, revitalize and/or repair damaged or dry and/or brittle hair, skin or nails. When speaking specifically of "skin conditioners" they will often make the added claims that they moisturize, soothe and protect skin and are often just aftershaves with lotion added; meanwhile, "hair conditioners" are often marketed to moisturize, add lustre, and make hair more manageable.
In most cases, if the bottle does not specify what body part it is designed for, I would assume that it was meant to be used on your hair.

Conditioner es lo que se usa después del champú

Those small bottles of hair conditioner always make me laugh. Since my daughters and I all have long hair, it would take about six of those little bottles per day for us to be able to survive. We always bring our own. ![]()
Of course we don't need as much as the picture below depicts, but the picture reminded me that another description for "conditioner" would be "de-tangler", which is basically what it does. It enables us to get a brush or comb through our hair.

Is it so easy, Lazarus?. Then, I could keep my question for myself.
Not much of an explanation about hair conditioner, but I thought you might like the picture.
