What does no me equivoque mean?
Hi, I am having a little trouble understanding this sentence, "y no me equivoque porque seria la decepcion mas grande en mi vida". When I translated this I got, "and I was right because it would be the biggest dissapointment in my life. I don't think that this is correct because equivoque means wrong, can someone please help me with this?

"Equivocarse" is to be mistaken. I think your sentence should say "No me equivoqué porque si me hubiera equivocado, hubiera sido la decepción mas grande de mi vida"
"I wasn't mistaken, because if I had been, it would have been the biggest disappointment of my life."
The context also has somethnig to do with the verb conjugation, so it would be helpful to know what was said right before that.
Equivocarse means to be wrong... So the sentence means, "I wasn't wrong, because it would (prove to) be the biggest disappointment of my whole life." You were very close!
It depends if the word is "y no me equivoqué" or "y no me equivoque". The first is the preterite (past) tense and the second is the present subjunctive.
..
If it's past, the sentces reads as Jeremias has written.
..
If it's the subjunctive, this makes things a little more tricky! The sentences would then read something like "and I'm not wrong/not mistaken because..."
