We don't even normally use "hot" that way for describing women. Hot readhead meant that she was easily angered (not good looking) as they were thought to have a fiery personality. (hot tempered) - 0074b507, Jun 24, 2011

I agree with qfreed´s association of redhead and hot-tempered, so if this the connotation of the question, I would say "Pelirroja irascible," or possibly "Pelirroja enojona."

If the question is about "hot" as in good-looking, then simply "Pelirroja guapa" works.

Tengo un libro de Manuel L. Alonso : Las pelirrojas traen mala suerte. Esto es un prejuicio feo.
