Registrado vs. Documentado

I am trying to translate: Will my child's behavior be closely observed and recorded? and I am debating on which words to use...this is my translation: ¿Será el comportamiento de mi hijo observado muy de cerca y documentado?

Would you use "estrechamente" instead of "observado muy de cerca"? or "registrado instead of documentado?

please keep in mind that I need to have it translated to a 6th grade reading level.

¿Será el comportamiento de mi hijo observado muy de cerca y documentado?

I would rearrange the sentence this way:

¿Será el comportamiento de mi hijo observado y documentado muy de cerca?

Or even:

¿Será observado y documentado muy de cerca el comportamiento de mi hijo?

This way the adverbial phrase modifies the two verbs.

I'm not sure that you can separate the two verbs that way.

¿Será observado muy de cerca el comportamiento de mi hijo y [ lo será] documentado?

Not a native, but seeing the past participle out there all by itself looks odd.

If this weren't the passive voice where the pp is more of an adjective, so that the Ser may be the main verb rather than an auxiliary verb, I would definity say that you cannot put words between the auxiliary and main verb.
