Situations/ Situaciones (Your opinion is needed)
Hi hotty, I would like you to open a reference article on all your situations...that is a great series of threads.
You can open it and then add all the threads, instead of saying situation one two three...you can put a title to them, a short one.
Situation one: where is your mother...
for example, jeje, I dont know the threads so very well.
besos
Waht do you think?
Okay, so Heidi sent me this in a message about a week ago and I have been thinking about it. I have discussed it with Gabby and Vicente and they both said do what's best. I would like to get your feedback. I am not sure how the reference article will be set up. At first, I thought I would just be listing all the situation there but now I think it will be embedded or linked in some way to the actual post :S
I don't want to stop posting the situation thread. I like posting it and seeing everyone's response. And I also think it is good practice. You have three votes here:
1) We don't create a reference article.
2) We continue the Situation post as normal.
3) We create the reference article and link each situation post in it. (I am not quiet sure how this works as yet. Also, I think this means I would have to update the article often)
Please choose one and give your feedback ![]()

Cassie, I would love to see you create a reference article. ![]()
There are so many gems in your situation threads, it would be a great loss not to make them readily available. Then we could have yet another extraordinary learning resource!
Isn't Heidi a fountain of fantastic ideas? ![]()
Please keep the thread going as it is , but add it to a reference article.
It has been a wonderful learning tool , there are not many posts which give
members the opportunity to be both creative and be able to practice ordinary
dialogue in Spanish . And also not be restricted in the scope of their creativity
and use of words . All three of you need to be applauded for your hard work
and dedication on this excellent post . Stick to it you are on a good thing.

Hi Cassie!
I vote for all three....you should keep doing the threads, and add them to the reference articles as we go....
As you add them, then all the responses will get added as well....

Hi Cassie,
Can't you do both? Do the thread and then add it to the reference article. That is what a lot of threads do (like the listening exercises). You don't have to stop your thread if you don't want to. We really like it too and we could still practice on it. And it would be a great to have it in the resource section too. I think you should do both if you want to.
It would be great!
It's a great thread, Cassie.

Hi Cassie
Heidi helped me to do that. It is quite easy really, and each individual post is in there in its entirety. Quite nice really.
Since these are very practical excercises , you should really put them into the reference library.
That should make no difference in how you post your thread with only the change to add a description to the title name.
Hmmm, Heidi must think I need help... i'll explain later... working on picture of the day threads still. ![]()
Update: Ok since yours was as easy as going to your profile and paging through your post history, I went ahead and catalogged yours in the '11 section. Check it out Daily Activities & Games. Good memories in many of those threads. Te extraño amiga.
Sometimes I've missed replying to your situations for one reason or the other. If they are all together it's easier to bookmark that one page than it is to search for your name, then what questions you've done, and go to that situation that I have time to do now, rather than earlier. Did any of that make sense?
My vote is to do the reference as long as what you like about doing it to begin with doesn't change for yourself.

I sincerely appreciate your efforts with the situation thread. You are doing a fantastic job. I've read through, when I've had time, and they are fantastic!! I would say that the third option is the best. Why not have a reference spot for them as well as continue to do the situation thread.
I can't wait to see what happens. ![]()
