I would do the homework assignment this way:
Luis, como nunca fue feliz,
con una ayuda médica, se volvió a Luisa,
para poder vestirse de falda con camisa.
De is used for showing possession.
Este libro es de María. (literally, this book is of Mary...but the "de/of" means belongs to.) This is Mary's book.
Este niño es el hijo de Juan y Rosa.
This boy is the son of John and Rosa or This boy is John and Rosa's son.
La casa de Eduardo está.... Edward's house is....
Follow the paradigm to form your sentence. e.g. This is Luis' shirt or It is Luis' shirt.
