Is this the imperfect subjunctive?

Hello all,
I would really appreciate it if you could help me with the following sentence:
El hombre hubiera sido rico
Does the translate as: 'The man would be rich'
Also, is it the imperfect subjunctive tense?

I believe this is the pluperfect subjunctive and NOT the imperfect subjunctive.

Yes, it is but you didn't need to ask. All conjugations are on a drop down menu below the MORE tab at the top of this page. It's much faster than waiting for an answer.
