I would say that "the girl" is "la quinceañera" and her party is "el quinceañero". For example "I am going to her 15th birthday party":"Voy a ir a su quinceañero" or "Ella es la quinceañera":"She is the 15th".

In Mexico at least, "quinceañera" is used for both the girl and the party, although technically I suppose the party should be "La fiesta de quinceañera" - 005faa61, Jun 19, 2011
