Espero que...
Espero que esta suficiente para ti? I hope that's enough for you( referring to a portion of food). Thank you

I would prefer to say "Espero que sea suficiente para ti".
Espero que sea suficiente para ti. Ser vs. estar and in this case use ser.
Hola, poly,
Your sentence requires the subjunctive, because it meets all the requirements of subjunctive use:
there are two different subjects; you and the other person.
there is an independent (I hope) and dependent clause (that is enough for you) separated by "que"
includes the concept of "uncertainty".
It was probably an oversight, but your "question" gets the mark at beginning and at the end, although it was not technically a question.
What has failed to be said is "espero que" invokes the subjunctive here, hence the use of "sea".
