What does lo tienes todo tu mean?

I translated "lo tienes todo tu" and it tells me that it means "you have all your" but this doesn't make sense, this is some of the other text, "y de mi aunque tenga poco lo tienes todo tu". Can someone please help me understand this?

I guess what you were told was:

Tú lo tienes todo - you have it all

Sometimes people like to put that "tú" at the end, I guess for emphasis .

Is the author of that text a native? It seems incorrect to me.

Anyway, it looks like it means "and for me although I have a some of it, you have all of yours."
