If you are simply making a statement that you are having to go somewhere then please make that clear.I am still not very clear why you have written/submitted this post. Different ways to use tener que with the verbs ir and irse
Necesito irme ahora = I need to leave now
Tengo que irme ahora = I must leave now
Tengo que ir de compras = I must go shopping
You would use a in this type of sentence Voy a ir al cine o Voy a ir a la casa de mis padres
= I am going to go to the cinema or I am going to my parent's house
When you are using the verb irse and saying tengo que irme you do not need to indicate a destination but you must include a destination when you are using the verb ir so simply saying necesito ir or tengo que ir is not correct/good Spanish
