I'm coding a flashcard program using MS Access. Now pictures on the internet can be added but I want to put a command button. When I click on it, It will give the voice of the word(s). Can I use the Spanish Dict's database? If this happens, my program doesn't have to save the pictures and voices, so its size will be very small. Thank you in advance.

They already have the capability to add pictures to flashcards. Probably for storage reasons, privacy/content monitoring concerns and possible copyright infringments that function is not offered to members.

Are you just asking for license to "use" their text to speech voice reader database or are you proposing to share your program?

I would be surprised if they are interested in either option.
