permitir que=verb of volition (subjunctive)
asegurar que=can take both (discussion)
Todo depende de si quieres usar el verbo como un verbo de influencia (subjuntivo) o un verbo de comunicación (indicativo).
Imaginar que= would be similar to Creer que or Pensar que if you use it to declare what you believe to be true. (indicative) (like saying...in my opinion....)
