Welcome to the site. Your request is clearly a job for our Reference Section. You'll find lots of info on the subjunctive there.

Read what it says there, and then take it with a grain of salt. It's too complicated to map out and do it by learning all the rules.

And don't expect to figure it out today, or this week, or this month. You have to get a feel for it, and that takes time and practice.
