It's actually "te ves...". And I think this is more along the lines of "you look really/super hot baby" so a bit of caution might be in order depending on who you're talking to. Definitely not something you want to say to your grandmother.
"You look fine, mommy (as in reference to an attractive female)".
This looks like text talk slang... it says...
Te vez buenísima mami = You look super good (aka astonishing) mami
