"Draw a smile" technically...maybe in context it meant "making me smile"?

How about "emboss a smile" wink

That would be "esbozar una sonrisa = bosquejar una sonrisa = dibujar una sonrisa"

smile

Is there any context?

As has been said, it does literally mean "Thanks for drawing me a smile."

That could mean, thank you for making me smile, or, thank you for smiling at me, depending on the context.

¡gracias por dibujarme una sonrisa! = Thanks for drawing me a smile!

I wonder if that could also mean "Thanks for drawing a smile on my face!"
