Sometimes the quiet man gets a bit over-passionate and speaks loudly. He is a native Spanish speaker and Puerto Rican. My ears are overly good and sensitive. Please help.

Hay uno método infalible. Puedes decir a gritado, Lo siento , no he podido oír. Cierto que se quedo estupefacto.
