I want to use one of these names for a settlement.
1. Viva Esperanza
2. Vive Esperanza
To be in right grammar and vocabulary, can they be used like that?
Please explain what is the definition of each name.

Why not just call it Esperanza That sounds pretty good to my ears 
.

The 2nd one is kind of Live in Hope or maybe Hope lives.
