If you are referring to music, rock is rock. Or rock pesado for hard rock. If you wanna say you rock, or something along the lines of that, Izabela-Stan has your answer.
You don't. "You rock" is an American English idiom that would probably be meaningless to a Spanish speaker.
And how about:
"Estás/Eres chido."
"Eres lo mejor."
"¡Tú me molas!"
"¡Eres a todo dar!"
With today's youngsters, is probably the same translation "you rock" but if I was one of them. I will said "eres lo maximo" or perhaps "eres bien pilas"
Eres a toda madre. Eres perron. Eres chingon. Eres lo/la mejor
