what does "comuniquese y cumplese" mean?

This is at the end of a contract...from Panama...can you tell me what this means?

What is written at the bottom of this document, I would guess reads:
Record it, disseminate the information, comply with it. (carry it out).

'comuniquese' is the command form of 'comunicar' with a 'se' attached... Sonrisa sounds about right with 'Contact Us' or 'Stay Connected'
'cumplese' is hard to say without context... It comes from 'cumplirse' if you want reference.

I can help you out with one term.
Comuniquese - I believe this would be the equivalent of "Contact Us"
I'm not sure about "cumplese", though. I'm very sorry.
