Person 1: "Estaria bien vernos para ver lo del logo y para ver si podemos hacer algo!"
Person 2: "Donde?"
Is it obvious from this conversation why person 2 is asking 'donde'?

Yes, although I do not understand the word "logo".

You might want to add "en algún lugar" or something along those lines when you say that it would be OK to see each other to discuss the logo.
It's a little hard to tell with no context.
Maybe something like: ¿Qué te parece si nos vemos en algún lugar...?"
