What does this mean? (In the description)
What does the following statement mean?( It is in the context of a relationship with me and my girlfriend from Columbia, South America, who has been in the USA for 8 months. She and I have been in a relationship for a short period of time yet, she wants to marry me. It seems she has some misgivings and so do I.)
"nolose x que tu dises unacosa y despues dises hotra yo boi aser sunobia cuando usted mepida yo bea quetodo es serio y tu medes un anillo de compromiso."
It is a critical statement. Please help me interpret this. I am very distressed by some recent events with us. Her car broke down today and she did not text message me to tell me about the car failure. She broke the date we had at 3:00 and feels no responsibility to contact me.

No lo sé porque tú dices una cosa y después dices otra. Yo voy a ser su novia cuando usted me pida, yo vea que todo es serio y tú me des un anillo de compromiso.
"I don't know why you say one thing & then say another. I will be your fiancée when you ask me, when I see that everything is for real & when you give me an engagement ring."
The text is fine (read: understandable). To me, the pronunciation is all the same if I read them aloud, so the only issue for me is the mixing of tú & usted when speaking to the same person.

I think it's text speak and no guarantees but I'll have a go for you:
I don't know why you say one thing then you say another, I'm going to become your girlfriend when you ask me and '....?" that everything is serious and you are measuring (could be weighing up as in thinking about) an engagement ring.
Not sure if that's it exactly but hopefully it'll give you a better idea ![]()
I am thinking that she may have made some typos.
Sorry mate, all I have here is that something is important, then she mentions your engagement ring.
My girlfriend is from South America. Does that help a little? Only in the USA for 8 months now. She is having difficulty with English. Thanks for your help.
Is that even in Spanish?
"engagement ring" has been said in there though.
