What is the meaning of 'cabo' in this sentence and why is it used?
This translates to:
"That's the conclusion of a study conducted at the School of Medicine, Yale University, U.S.."
But I still don't understand why the cabo is there.

Cabo means extreme or end, so "llevar a cabo" means "to take something to the end".
