How many languages do you speak?

You can list the ones you are fluent in, as well as the ones you are learning, or even the ones you want to learn.

Edit: Since I asked the question, I suppose I should probably answer it, too. Jeje smile. I'm fluent in English. I'm learning Spanish -- I'd say I'm at an intermediate level. And then I'm learning Urdu, as well.

Fluent (but always learning): English

Serviceable: Spanish and German.

Fairly poor (mostly due to atrophy/lack of use): Latin (obviously not spoken), French, Japanese and Mandarin (to be honest, my German is probably on the verge of slipping into this category as well)

Just starting: Russian and Greek (modern)

Interested in learning: Polish, Portuguese, Italian, Arabic, Hebrew, Farsi, Vietnamese, Danish, Swedish and Finnish.

OK, so I am fluent in English, obviously...

I am learning Spanish.

I am also fluent in Z language, which is a language where you put a "z" after a word or where a "s" goes, for example, "Anywayz" or "Okayz" and even words like "Catz"

Another language I am familiar with is baby talk, that is where you talk like a baby of course...I am sure many girls know that one.

There is cat talk, that is where you pretend, I mean know what a cat is saying and you can answer them back, for example, I know when my cat is asking for milk, so I can just reply to him.

There is also a "Y" language that I am fluent in, like, "anyywayys" or "okayy"

I also know of a language called "text talk", I am not fluent in that one though, it is a bit hard to learn at the moment.

I have am fluent in another one called HM, that is obviously where I go "Mhmm" or "Hmmm"

Did I forget to mention that I know a bit of Italian? big surprise

I can order a beer and find the bathroom in 6 languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Japanese, German.

Native English speaker, conversational in Spanish. I've also formally studied French (1 year in college) and Japanese (Berlitz course), but remember very little of either.

Most of you guys speak too many languages! How did you do it? By yourselves or with the help of a teacher?

Well done!

Greek native speaker, I speak English in an advanced level, French in an intermediate level and I'm learning Spanish.

I'd like to learn Italian, German or Turkish.
