What does the Spanish word 'Mecachislamar!' mean?
¡Mecachislamar! What does this mean?

It is not a word. The phrase is Mecachis en la mar, which is a cutesy way of expressing exasperation like "Oh, fiddlesticks!" There is a more vulgar expression of the phrase, which I won't write here.
Mecachis is "wow". And "mecachis en la mar" is almost the same but it is more vulgar.
Anyway, there are worse expressions in Spanish to express anger or surprise. This could be used by more refined people.
