Yes, but a simple "Could anyone tell me...?" wouldn't hurt , and "Thanks" wouldn't be bad either. Just dropping a few words in a post is not the right way to ask a question. - lazarus1907

Porter in our dictionary.

Porter

[?p??t?(r)] sustantivo 1. mozo (m) de equipaje (at station); portero(a) (m,f) conserje (sustantivo masculino) (at hotel) (especialmente británico); celador(ora) (sustantivo masculino o femenino) (in hospital)

So you may want the word mozo, portero, conserje, or celador, depending on where you are.
