What's your favorite food?

I have very simple tastes. I´m always up for Tacos al Pastor and a little bit of Queso a la Plancha with Agua de Jamaica.

And later, a series of Cubas (Cuba Libre).

I like Indian food best but I cannot afford to eat if often, unless I cook it and I have no kitchen where i live. My second is Chinese food, which I eat maybe 4 times a week. Followed by Mexican food, which I also love but seems a bit less healthy, at least based on the places around here. I love nachos, and a place called El Paisa. Good lord they are delicious.

I love "Kim Bop" its a Korean food that means "Rice and Seaweed." Its almost like 'Sushi." I also love to eat Carne Guisada. It means "Beef stew." "MMMMMMM!"

Interestingly enough, my favourite food is Tapas. I love going to La Tasca in our nearest shopping center and ordering and adoring as many different dishes as we can.

I can't even pick a favorite region, much less a favorite dish. . .I like food from Mexico, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Japan, China, Italy, Greece, France, Ecuador, Iran, USA, Spain, Cuba, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Indonesia, Korea, Armenia, and probably others I haven't tried yet or forgot to add to the list.

" La discada" is a tradition in México. over an open fire on a disc of steel. We cook whatever people bring. Bacon ,sausage, pork. beef,chicken with chile tomate y cebolla and you take it from the disc on a tortilla. Está fantastico!
