Hi is this sentence in the subjunctive tense? "Detenga el uso de drogas ilegales." Please let me know this as soon as possible.

Detenga (from the infinitive Detener) is in the 3rd person Imperative - which is the same as the 1st and 3rd person Present Subjunctive.
But no, it is in the Imperative. Stop!

Hi is this sentence in the subjunctive tense?
Subjunctive is NOT a tense, but a mood (there are 6 tenses in subjunctive). From the morphology (i.e. the endings), it is subjunctive, but in this case it is being used as a polite request/command.
