Confusing and boring!

Question

Hello I'm a student who just have just started to learn spanish. I'm not English speaker also so it is little bit difficult to understand sometimes. I need some help

In English, we express like:

"It's boring, It's confusing" but also "I'm bored, or I'm confused". But also we can say "He's boring"

In a dictionary, it said "Confuso"

But how can I say differently? Like:

I'm boring / I'm bored

I'm Confused

Estoy aburrido. (I am bored)

Soy aburrido. (I am a boring person)

If you want to say that you are bored/confused (for the time being):

Estoy aburrida. (you are female, so it is aburrida and not aburrido)

Estoy confundida. (these two use the verb 'estar' for temporary conditions that you are feeling)

If you want to say that you are a boring/confusing person (all the time):

Soy aburrida.

Soy confundida. (these two use the verb 'ser' for physical characteristics - or the type of person that you are)
