Your title says "my holiday," so for this one day you would need to use "mi día festivo." If you say "on holiday" or "vacation" then you are indicating a period of time. If this is your intent, then I agree with Tom Burgos´ translation. However when we talk about going on vacation / holiday, we usually say this time period in plural, ie: Mañana me voy de vacaciones.
