Hi and welcome to the forum.

In Spain, they would say "Mirad" as a command to a group of people.

"Mire" is the singular, polite command form.

Imperative

mira (informal)

mire (formal)

miremos (nosotros)

mirad (plural Spain)

miren (plural Latin America)
