I have a building quote that is in spanish, at the beginning of each section is either m, m2 or ud (sometimes Ud). Does anybody know what this means? many thanks!

Ud usually means usted (you). m and m2? Maybe man and man2??? I don't know. Maybe if you typed in a couple of examples... - webdunce, Jun 3, 2011

m - metros/meters

m2 = metros cuadrados/square meters

Ud = unidad/unit as in cost per unit also written 'cu' for 'cada uno'

Possibly

m = metres

m2 = square metres

ud = usted = you (formal)
