Me he enamorado de ti = I fell in love with you. The verb enamorarse to fall in love. Me enamoraste de ti. = You made me fall in love with you. The verb enamorar, to make someone fall in love. Me enamoraste el corazón. And that is as near as you will get to You stole my heart.
