Question regarding reflexive usted commands. I know that the tu command to "get dressed" would be vistete (with an accent on the i). What would the usted command be? Vistase?

Yes, (like everybody says) "Vistase" is the word that you are looking for.

I just can add "when you want to be even more respectful with other people, you could use 'porfavor' before or after the verb" cheese.

Sólo puede agregar que cuando quieras ser aun más respetuoso con la gente, puedes agregar "porfavor" antes o después del verbo.
