No he visto que...

Hi everyone,

I came across this sentence in my textbook:

"La verdad es que no he visto que te hayan subido el sueldo este año."

Does "no he visto" here mean "I don't think", "I get the feeling they won't...." ?

Well it could be literal:

The truth is I haven't seen that they have raised your wage this year.

I guess we'd need more context to see if it means anything else.
