I am writing a Scope and Sequence and translating it into Spanish. How would I translate Scope and Sequence-- ámbito y secencia? Thank you for your assistance.

I think scope in Spanish means something like "alcance o rango" and sequence "orden o secuencia" 
.

scope depends of the context, however I have the feeling your are looking for "rango o espectro" and sequence means secuencia.
