I know what each word / group of words mean but I don't know how they go together here.

It was probably "Ese", but some central americans bite of the first syllable of some words. In which case it could be "That f*****g gringo, we kill them here, you hear?
What a shame that anyone would express themselves that way in reference to any person, but some Venezuelans feel a great animosity towards Americans as a result of the things Chavez says, and believes
