From Colombia, very beautiful is 'hermasura'.. I've also been told that 'bello', 'bonito/a', 'lindo/a' are also good synomyms for 'beautiful'

The only thing is that the world is "El Mundo" and hence, whatever adjetive you use should coincide. Hermoso, bello, precioso, bonito, etc.
