Two technical translations

Question

I'm trying to get translations for two buttons on a machine. The first is "Manual Lube", which means you push the button to get oil to spray onto the machine. The other is "Lube Fault" which means there's a problem with the machine's lubrication system.

Lubricación Manual Falla Lubricación It should actually be falla de/en lubicación, but since you mentioned it is for a button label, the first will suffice. Of course, you can abrv. to Lub. Man. & Falla Lub. or any variation thereof.

Been down this path before, making button labels. A suggestion, since the words for lubrication are so similar, I would use "lube"

So " lub manual" for the one and " falla lub " for the other. this should fit on the button.

If you wish to use a tag, you would use," lubricación manual" ¨" falla en la lubricación"

I'm not an expert in technical language, however, I'd say:

"Lubricación manual" for "manual lube" and

"Fallo de lubricación" or "error de lubricación" or "lubricación insuficiente" for "lube fault"

Wait for more answers, though, because I'm just guessing.
