According to our dictionary cumpleaños is an invariable noun which means that ti does not change in gender or number. It is masculine always, spelled the same whether referring to one or more birthdays.

mi cumpleaños or mis cumpleaños depending on how many of your birthdays that you are referring to. Notiice that the saludo is ¡Feliz Cumpleaños! and not ¡Felices Cumpleaños!

For your specific example=mi tercer cumpleaños.
