I assume you mean that these are commands for a dog.

Come! --> ¡Aquí!; ¡Ven aquí!; ¡Ven!

Sit! --> ¡Sentado!; ¡Sienta!

Stay! --> ¡Quieto!; ¡Quédate!

Heel! --> ¡Junto!; ¡Al pie!

Lay!; Lay down!; Down! --> ¡Échate!; ¡Suelo!

Stand up!; Up! --> ¡Parado! ¡En pie!

I can never keep them straight, but isn't it... Lie down! - 0074b507, Jan 13, 2012
Yes. Only a chicken lays (an egg). We lie (down). - Tosh, Jan 13, 2012

The formal way is to say Vente aqui.....using the pronoun, I was taught, makes it clearer and is.....just the proper way to give a command!

Ven is the informal command form ;) - SonrisaDelSol, Jan 13, 2012
Formal way is Venga, not Vente. - pesta, Jan 13, 2012

Is this for you coworkers? I tried this tactic several years back and they got sort of mad at me.

In English the command forms would be.Profanity only hinted at and not necessary. Get over here ,sit your a** down, don't move, follow me , lay down now, and get off your your lazy bu**. In Spanish it would be venga,se siente,se quedase,(,Sorry I couldn't find heel).eche, and levante. Wait for some other answers because I'm not completely sure on all of them.Buena suerte.
