You could also use, "Yo me las ingenio", "Yo me las arreglo" or "Yo me resuelvo".

HI alex, I don't know if you need this for Spain, but here we would say:

Me las apaño...which is the exact same thingwink

If you want to say "I speak Spanish", you can say "Yo hablo español."
