You could also use, "Yo me las ingenio", "Yo me las arreglo" or "Yo me resuelvo".

Or you could say "me las arreglo," although I like your expression.( a little less common - Rey55, May 30, 2011

HI alex, I don't know if you need this for Spain, but here we would say:

Me las apaño...which is the exact same thing

If you want to say "I speak Spanish", you can say "Yo hablo español."
