As in English, the opposite of confused is clear. This brings to mind the question of how you will use it, as this decides what form it will take. For example: Estaba confundido, pero ahora estoy muy claro sobre lo que tengo que hacer, I was confused, but now I am very clear on what I have to do. no te confundas, tienes que estar muy claro para no reprobar el examen don't confuse yourself, you have to be real clear so you don't fail the test.Me confundes, sé más claro conmigo you confuse me, be more clear with me.

It may not look right, but if you think about how you would say it in English, you will see this sounds right.

Estoy confundido. I am confused.

Comprendo. I understand.

It doesn't get any more direct than that, does it? :-) - babs_irish, May 30, 2011
Following that logic, you might be tempted to say inconfuso, but that is not the best choice. - Rey55, May 30, 2011

Maybe another one could be "I am sure" as it also indicates that you are not confused then rolleyes
